As a child, I loved colouring and drawing. I studied art through high school but went on to study business at the University of Toronto and finished with a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing.

After 9 years in advertising and marketing and 18 years raising two beautiful children, I decided to turn my painting hobby into a new career. Before kids, I took some drawing courses at the Art Gallery of Ontario, but over the past nine years I have turned to painting and have been taking both live and online courses and workshops to develop my skills.

I have worked in water colour, pencil, oil and acrylic, but at the moment have been working primarily in acrylic. I enjoy painting landscapes, pets, homes and florals  and am constantly inspired by the colours and beauty found in nature and through my travels.

I have participated in a number of local art shows and sales and am a member of the

Lawrence Park Art Collective, the North Toronto Group of Artists and the North York Visual Artists
